Our Work

Virtuous Sea Corp studies how international students move from U.S. higher education into the U.S. workforce. Our work spans four connected areas: sustained community engagement that gives us field access, partnerships with academic institutions, an applied research program organized around six research areas, and a mentorship program that trains the next generation of researchers.
